It's been forever since i did a video. Decided today was the day i should probably make one. Did a Valentines' Day tutorial because it is coming up very soon. I started with the new Maybelline Color Tattoo's as a base to prevent the shadow from creasing and the glitter from transferring around the eye. These are the BEST bases aside from the MAC Paint pots. I believe they're only $9 at the drugstore and the quality is almost like MAC, i don't know about 24 hour wear but its pretty long wearing! Pink glitter on the lid space was adhered with clear eyelash glue. This is safe to use on the skin itself as it's normally near your lash line. It's really important when you're putting on the lash glue and waiting for it to get tacky, don't open your eye or crease the eye lid. If you fold the skin by opening the eye, it'll ruin the surface. Once you have the glitter stuck to it then it's fine to open your eyes. In the crease I used reddish purples and shimmery purples to deepen it up and create a separation between the lid and the crease. I paired the pinky eyeshadows with candy pink lips and a pinky blush. I used the new Revlon Lip Butters, and by far this is my new favorite lip product. It's moisturizing, and highly pigmented. I thought it might be too much PINK all in one look, but its valentines day. If there's any day to wear "too much pink" this would be the day.
